Eu incerc acum sa mananc cat mai multe fructe, spre exemplu. Stiu ca vitaminele si fructele, in general, sunt benefice sistemului imunitar. Asa ca "ma oblig" pe mine insami sa mananc macar 2-3 fructe pe zi!
De acord cu voi Fructe, legume si activitate fizica. Si as mai adauga, iesiti oameni buni la frig! Iesiti afara, chiar daca ninge, chiar daca sunt temperaturi sub zero, daca stam inchisi in casa non stop, cum iesim afara, cum o sa racim instant.
