Legumele: spanacul, conopida, patrunjelul, morcovii, ceapa, in general legumele care contin multe vitamine si minerale. De exemplu, nu as pune pe lista cartofii. Nu cred ca sunt potiviti pentru intarirea sistemului imunitar
